BLOKE BODY REVIEW
It’s an exciting and sad moment when you find product that you really, really, love. Exciting because, well, you love it (duh). And sad because you know that’s exactly where your next paycheck is going. With that being said, let me introduce you to your newest addiction— Bloke Body. They’re an all-natural and cruelty free makeup, skincare, and hair product line. I was lucky enough to try out a product under each category; the “Restore+ Hydrate” Hair Treatment, “Green Tea + Sea Salt” Face & Body Scrub, and the “Sweet Mint” Organic Lip Balm.
The “Restore + Hydrate” Hair Treatment is ahhh-mazing. As a girl with ultra fine locks, I’m always looking for something to spruce up my do, and this did just that. Afterwards, my hair was also super soft and shiny. It’s even said to repair damage. Let’s be honest, we all need that nowadays. This is truly one of the best hair products I’ve ever used.
Next, is the “Green Tea + Sea Salt” Body Scrub, which is just as amazing as the hair treatment. I’ve been spotting these cute little packages all over the place, so of course I had to see what the hype was about. This is a nice calming blend of matcha green tea, sea salt, coconut oil, and sweet orange oil. These ingredients not only exfoliate your skin, but gently fight off blemishes, reduce redness, and moisturize (perfect before or after those summer beach days). After using this scrub, my skin was glowing and softer than ever.
Bloke Body also has a “Vanilla Chai + Sugar” Scrub, as well as the very popular “Coffee + Sweet Orange Scrub. Each one targets a different area— cellulite, stretch marks, and eczema, to name a few. Bonus, right?
Last but not least, is the “Sweet Mint” Lip Balm. I have a lip balm obsession, so I was stoked to try this stuff out. My hopes for this product were exceeded, since it not only it smells and tastes amazing, but it works. I’ve had so many chap sticks or lipsticks that seem great, but actually dry your lips out even more (I’m tellin’ ya, it’s those all natural ingredients). The lip balm is long lasting, super smooth, and fits perfectly inside a pocket or small area in a purse.
All in all, Bloke Body receives an A+ from me. It is totally going on my top 10 list of favorite beauty brands!
